Installing Teamviewer

I couldn’t run the graphical installer from my laptop (I could from the office) – both are on Ubuntu
since it takes longer to figure out what was wrong, using the terminal is better
pretty much as stated on the teamviewer website,
1. Download the 32-bit DEB (or 64-bit)
2. Open the terminal
3. adila@ubuntu:~$ sudo dpkg -i teamviewer_linux.deb
4. If you come out with this,
dpkg: error processing teamviewer (--install):
dependency problems - leaving unconfigured
Errors were encountered while processing:
teamviewer

5. do: adila@ubuntu:~$ sudo apt-get install -f
6. Try installing again: adila@ubuntu:~$ sudo dpkg -i teamviewer_linux.deb
7. To run teamviewer: adila@ubuntu:~$ teamviewer

And that’s it!
